These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders and purchases made through this website and govern the contractual relationship between the seller and the customer.

3. Products & Digital Delivery

All products sold on this website are digital products, such as downloadable guides or online digital content.

  • No physical goods are shipped.
  • Delivery occurs electronically.
  • Access to the digital content is granted immediately after successful payment.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that their device and software are compatible with the digital content provided.

4. Prices & VAT

All prices are displayed in EUR (€).

  • For customers located in Belgium, prices are VAT-exempt under the Belgian small business exemption.
  • For customers located outside Belgium but within the European Union, VAT may be charged at the applicable rate of the customer’s country in accordance with EU VAT regulations.
  • Any applicable VAT will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.

The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable is the one shown at the time of purchase.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Mollie, using the payment methods made available during checkout.

The order is considered final and binding only after full payment has been successfully completed and confirmed.

An order confirmation email will be sent to the customer after successful payment.

6. Right of Withdrawal – Digital Content

Under EU consumer law, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, this right does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase if the consumer has given explicit prior consent and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.

By completing the purchase, the customer:

  • expressly consents to the immediate delivery of the digital content, and
  • acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal once the digital content is made available.

This consent is collected during the checkout process.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are not provided once access to the digital content has been granted, except where required by mandatory law or in cases where the digital content is defective or inaccessible due to a technical issue attributable to the seller.

Any technical issues must be reported within a reasonable time after purchase.
